Vacancy Title: Sales Support Person

Vacancy Location: South Ayrshire

Vacancy Description: Our client is looking for a Sales Support Person to join their team for approx 6 months contract. Immediate start for suitable suitable candidate. Based in South Ayrshire.

Responsibilities and Duties
Checking new orders received electronically by email, fax and post to ensure price, grade and customer details are correct and adhere to current local and National commercial arrangements.
Entering new orders into the company computer systems.
Producing information for Sales Managers i.e. outstanding orders, sales related information etc
Assisting colleagues on site or at other sites across the UK due to holiday, sickness or work load to ensure the smooth running of the national business (No travel required).
Training other office sales support staff (depending on experience)

This job requires :
Excellent attention to detail.
A can do attitude is essential in this role with the ability to ensure our customers receive a second to none service.
Flexible and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities.
Organised with perfect time keeping.
Excellent verbal and written English.
Must be able to travel for company/training days when held offsite.
Good general understanding of PC applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook,Powerpoint
