Vacancy Location: AYRSHIRE AND GLASGOW
Vacancy Description: Working with estate agents, private landlords and tenants throughout the West of Scotland area. Key Duties & Responsibilities ? To carry out inventories and check in/check out reports, mid-term inspections, in line with agreed timescales and service standards ? To compile all reports via in-house software ensuring that all reports are accurate and complete ? To collect and return keys to and from agent, ensuring they are returned immediately following the inspection ? To meet tenants or agents at the properties at agreed times Skills & Knowledge Required ? Articulate with excellent and clear communication skills and a good eye for detail ? A reliable motor vehicle with the willingness to travel throughout Ayrshire and Glasgow areas ? Excellent attention to detail and observation skills ? The ability to work to strict deadlines and work under pressure in a fast paced environment ? Ability to work within flexible hours and attend appointments at short notice ? Sound IT skills with the ability to learn new skills (Microsoft Word, Google Calendar/Mail) Suitable candidate will will have the following attributes: ? Punctual and reliable. ? Good time and self-management skills. ? Smartly dressed, professional appearance ? Good communication skills, with the ability to deal with important clients and partners in a professional and clear manner. ? An interest in lettings or property is an advantage. Experience is preferred but not essential.
