Vacancy Description: We are seeking an exceptional IT Systems Support Analyst to join a top hotel group team. Our colleagues are committed to giving guests at our hotels authentic and unique experiences that reflect the individual nature of our luxury hotels in London.

As IT Systems Support Analyst you will be responsible for:

•Working as part of team they need to find an experienced systems support analyst with a demonstrable understanding of multiple applications, databases and servers. Ideally candidate will have experience working within hospitality industry.
•The role will primarily be responsible for assisting with in-house and 3rd party applications, databases as well creating reports and SQL queries to facilitate business needs.
Successful candidates for our IT Systems Support Analyst opportunity will:
•Demonstrate genuine dedication to the Hotel Group and show a commitment to consistent quality in our products and services.
•Have extensive experience in a similar role, ideally within a hotel environment.
•Have a track record supporting multiple applications with a good knowledge of SQL and database management. Any experience with Opera BI tool would also be a real advantage
•Excellent understanding of the software development life cycle
•Be a team player who is an avid learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
•Strong customer care skills and ability to work under pressure, with excellent attention to detail
•A high standard of personal presentation with confident, professional and welcoming personality
