Vacancy Description: We are looking to hire a passionate Sous Chef for our client in Irvine! Contract: Ongoing with flexibility to choose your own hours. Overview: Based in the wonderful landscapes of Scotland. A brand-new luxury golf lodge resort is set in beautiful surroundings offering an opulent experience for its customers. Duties: You will be required to work along side the Head Chef and assist with enabling the team in providing high level food production. You will need to make effective decisions and solve problems when they arise whilst maintaining a professional and pleasant manner. You will also need to control and manage costs that are in line with the budget and the companys sourcing policy. Essential: You will have to have at least 1 years experience as a Sous Chef. You must be highly organised and self disciplined. You have to have a strong level of management skills. Desired: Having a drivers licence and mode of transport is desirable but not essential.
