A brand-new luxury golf lodge resort is set in beautiful surroundings offering an opulent experience for its customers. Duties: You will have to keep all kitchen work surfaces (counters, sinks, stoves, walls) clean and sanitised. You have to be ready to clean up spills to avoid hindering operations. You will be responsible for the arrangement equipment and ingredient deliveries. You will have to keep the food and supply storage areas organised. Also, you will need to help with routine food prep tasks (such as peeling and chopping vegetables) when needed. Essential: You will have at least 1 years experience as a Kitchen Porter. You must be highly organised and self disciplined. Desired: Having a drivers licence and mode of transport is desirable but not essential.
