Vacancy Description: EMPLOYABILITY AND WELLBEING COACH Position: Trainer/Coach Job Type: Part-time (July 2024 – April 2025) Pay: £20.00 per hour Expected hours: 3 – 4 per week Schedule: 1-2 days per week Location: Newcastle & Sunderland Do you have the passion and ability to deliver impactful workshops on wellbeing and employability including CV building? If so we want to hear from you! Requirements: Bachelor Degree (preferred) 1 years Teaching (preferred) 1 year tutoring (preferred) Face to face delivery Responsibilities: • Deliver high impact engaging and interactive workshops focused on mental wellbeing resilience and employability skills including CV building. • Provide one-to-one and group support to help individuals improve their wellbeing and develop effective CVs. • Maintain accurate records update action plans and perform general administrative tasks. Requirements: • Proven experience in wellbeing and employability training. • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and empathise with participants. • A self-starter who thrives in an independent working environment.
