Vacancy Description:
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Lettings Manager to join our client based in East Ayrshire. Both Part Time and Full Time Positions available. As a Lettings Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the rental process of properties ensuring efficient operations and maintaining positive relationships with tenants. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and administrative skills and excellent communication abilities.
Duties include:
- Manage the entire lettings process
- Conduct property viewings sometimes and provide detailed information to potential tenants
- Screen prospective tenants by conducting background checks and verifying references
- Negotiate rental terms and conditions with tenants
- Landlords payment run
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs as needed
- Address tenant enquiries concerns and complaints in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the lettings process
- Keep accurate records of rental transactions tenant information and property inventory
Qualifications:
- Three years experience in property management or lettings is required.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to property rentals
- Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
