Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and Configuration:
- Setting up and configuring digital signage systems kiosks and other AV equipment.
- Troubleshooting and Repair:
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Maintenance:
- Performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment operates efficiently and reliably.
- Technical Support:
- Providing technical support to customers and internal teams addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Documentation:
- Assisting in developing and maintaining technical documentation including user manuals and installation guides.
