Vacancy Title: Business Administration Assistant

Vacancy Location: North Ayrshire

Vacancy Description: Our client in North Ayrshire is looking for a Business Admin Assistant to start immediately on an ongoing basis. Candidate must be IT literate with a good understanding of office documentation, job costing systems and scheduling systems. Duties will include: Scheduling appointments for works, repairs and inspections as required Communicating with operatives to monitor job progress in a timely manner Reviewing and re-scheduling jobs (if necessary) Liaising with supervisors and customers Entering, retrieving and updating information on computerised and manual systems maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity where appropriate. General Admin duties (filing, photocopying , faxing, processing correspondence and providing administration support to other areas of service as and when required. Resolving queries and complaints Essential Requirements: SVQ Level 3 Administration, equivalent or relevant experience Experience in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Must be able to work to tight deadlines and be able to deal with difficult situations calmly.
