Vacancy Description: Answer high volumes of calls and emails and resolve customer enquiries, demonstrating ownership of the enquiry and identifying which dept is best suited to enquiry. Handle customer service emails quickly and effectively Investigate and resolve routine customer enquiries at first point of contact, ensuring the delivery of an efficient and effective service to our customers. Helping Customers find the correct products online and taking payments if required. General daily / weekly housekeeping duties are required. An outgoing person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work on your own initiative and join in with the team when required Previous experience of CMS contact software is required - Demonstrates a passion for completing your tasks before leaving for the day Learns and shares knowledge to help others Strives to achieve goals and learn new skills Desire to drive personal development and grow within the business with our full backing to gain as much knowledge & experience as you can handle. A very good understanding of Microsoft packages, (Word, Email & Excel) is required. Being quick to type messages is required. Free Parking & Free Canteen use of Tea & Coffee.
