Vacancy Description: Our client has a vacancy available for a Quality Officer to join their friendly team in Irvine. This role is field-based and will entail working out in the community undertaking person centred care/support plans and risk assessments, attending and conducting customer reviews and to refresh and update the care/support plan and risk assessment documentation as appropriate, carrying out field observations for all Care and Support staff in line with our in-house training and development programme and take any appropriate action as necessary. This role would suit a forward thinking individual who is looking for their next career move within an established and fast expanding business. Superb customer service skills are a must along with a positive, can do attitude. Attention to detail is also vital as is a genuine passion for quality and high standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys to go the extra mile whilst making a real difference to individual’s quality of life. To be considered for this role, you will have a good understanding/knowledge or previous experience in undertaking customer care needs assessments, writing care plans, auditing and observing quality standards.
