Vacancy Description: A well known company in Clydebank are looking for energetic Telesales Agents to join their team. They are looking for driven target focused individuals with a desire to make money. The position is permanent. Day-to-day duties: • Successfully generating appointments for Account Managers. • Demonstrating your ability to achieve KPIs for productivity appointment volume conversion cost per appointment. • Generating and continually developing a pipeline of potential customers ensuring all records are kept up to date accurately. • Ensuring correct procedures are adhered and company standards maintained. • Providing potential new customers with an understanding of what the company delivers. Skills: • Ability to work in a fast-paced target driven environment. • Proven track record of achieving above and beyond expected KPI’s. • Contact centre experience would be preferable. • Ability to use own initiative to manage own performance. • Ability to understand productivity KPI’s and ability to adhere to them. • Strong communication skills. • Driven hardworking and likes to be in control of their own earnings. • Energetic assertive motivational and confident character. • Capable at working under pressure within a very fast-moving environment. Experience: • Call Centre: 1 year (preferred). • B2B: 1 year (preferred). • Sales: 1 year (required). Working in an office where staff numbers are kept at a level that you will allow you to receive the assistance you require to develop within your role. Hours: Monday to Friday - Full-time. Salary: £18-24000 per year. Additional commission pay.
