Vacancy Description: A rapidly expanding company in Irvine is looking for a Sales Advisor. The company is in the energy efficiency sector in and install energy efficiency measures in domestic properties.
They are looking for a target driven sales advisor to help them achieve their growth targets.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual and there is a bonus system in place to ensure very good OTE for high performing staff.
This is a permanent full-time Monday to Friday office based position.
Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to convert direct marketing enquiries.
- Managing and converting inbound customer enquiries.
- Providing advice to customers on the products the company offer.
- Ensuring that projects are processed to install within a set timeframe.
Skills/Experience:
- Previous experience in a sales/customer services role.
- Results driven with a desire to hit targets.
- Good phone manner.
- IT literate.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable answering customer enquiries both over the phone and via email.
The salary will range from £20000 - £25000 depending on experience. In addition to this there is a bonus scheme company pension and basic health insurance scheme.
