The length of the contract is flexible depending on your requirements and after a Bill Rate had been agreed there would be no additional charges or hidden costs.
We treat all our temporary workforce fairly with all due pay, holiday pay etc paid without fee or deduction other than those required by law. We are compliant with the Pension Regulations and as such pay all contributions required.
For a permanent member of staff we don’t believe in the "pro rata sliding scale" method of billing. We will put the same time and commitment into supplying you with the right person for a job earning for example £20,000 per annum as we would for a job earning £40,000 per annum so the permanent bill rate is extremely competitive and well below the national average.
We are sure you will find our prices extremely competitive for both temporary and permanent staff and we also offer a "Temp to Perm" service which allows you to take a potential permanent employee on a temporary basis to see if they prove to be suitable before committing to a permanent contract.
AllNeeds also offer the first 2 hours of each new contract ABSOLUTELY FREE! For each new contract over 16 hours per week we will pay the wages for the first 2 hours. (Please note this applies to new contracts only over 16 hours per week and not to replaced staff)
